How to get USDT on TRC20 and pay on Parcelo
Parcelo settles everything in USDT on TRON (TRC20). You buy or withdraw USDT once, then on each product you choose a wallet and approve the payment — we never ask you to paste a treasury address by hand.
TRC20 is a network, not a coin
USDT exists on several chains at once — Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Chain (BEP-20), and TRON (TRC20). They are not interchangeable. Parcelo only accepts USDT on TRON because fees are cents and confirmations are usually under a minute.
On an exchange withdrawal screen, pick TRON / TRC20. A TRON address starts with T. If you see 0x, you are on the wrong network.
Where to get USDT
Most buyers already hold USDT on Binance, Bybit, Bitget, MEXC, or a local exchange (Indodax, Upbit, BitoPro). Withdraw to a self-custody TRON wallet on the TRC20 network.
You need USDT in a wallet you control so you can approve the Parcelo checkout. Exchange balances alone are not enough for wallet-approve payments.
Pay on a product page
Open the SKU, check region tags (a KR App Store code will not redeem on a US account), then tap Pay with wallet. Confirm the exact USDT amount in your wallet — network must be TRC20.
There is no QR treasury flow and no “send exact amount to an address” step. If wallet checkout is still rolling out on your device, message support from the product page and we complete the order with you.
After you approve
When the payment confirms on-chain, send support whatever the SKU needs: player ID, phone, account email, or card number — plus any order reference from checkout.
We never ask for a seed phrase, private key, or “verification” signature that drains your wallet. Anyone who does is a scam.

Do I send USDT to a copied address?
No. Checkout is wallet checkout only. Do not paste random addresses from chat.
Do I need TRX for gas?
Approving or sending USDT on TRON uses a little TRX or energy. Keep a few TRX in the same wallet.
Why not just pay with a card?
Regional stores often reject foreign cards. This desk is for when that happens.
